Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °"“‘°“ ‘“"°““°°‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas M. Chill, a private in the Black Hawk war of eighteen hundred and thirty-two, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Holly, late captain of Company H, Second Begiment of Colorado Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month from the passage of this Act in lieu of the pension he is now receiving.
