And the further sum of Add**i°¤al¤l¤*m¤- three thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated for the purpose of reimbursing, if found upon further examination to be entitled, such claimants in the list examined by the Secretary of the Interior as were held for further proof, or which were erroneously disallowed because of incorrect descriptions of the lands settled upon, thus making it appear that they were not upon lands affected by the executive order of February twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and eighty-five.
