Interior be-, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Nichols, of Durham, Butte County, California,late sergeant Company I, One hundred and eleventh Illinois Infantry Volunteers, at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving under certincate seventy-fivethousand three hundred and forty-nve.
