Ferree, late a private in Company E, Twenty-second, and first sergeant in Company E, Fifty-ninth, Regimeuts of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of thirty o lars per month. Way, of Los Angeles, California, on the pension roll as army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month from and after the passage of this Act. De Clute, late a private of Company B, Forty-fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him.
