Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Vi¤¤1=B<2¤¤b·>¤•=1¤·r- Interuor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the -P°°°l°" m°r°”°d' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Victor Beauboucher, late private Company E, Twenty- eighth Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate_of fifty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which he is now recewing. . Approved, May T, 1898. CHAP. 259.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to John V'. Channing. May 7, 1896. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the John W·_U1¤¤¤¤i¤z· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°"“i°“ '“"°°’"°‘ pension roll the name of John W. Channing, formerly captain of Company E of the Seventh Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month, said sum to be in lieu of the pension now drawn by him, and to be paid to his legally qualified guardian. Daub, late Company F, Fifty-iirst Penn ylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, May 7, 1898.
