Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Clark W. Harrington, late a sergeant of Company I, N inety-third New York Infantry, and pay him a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which he now receives. Approved, July 8, 1898. Clay, senior, a majorgeneral in the volunteer service of the United States in the war of the rebellion, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, in lieu of any pension he may now receive on account of such service.
