States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°"°i°“ “‘°'°°'°°'1' Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of William W. Tumblin, of Bradford County, Florida, a soldier in the Florida Indian war of the year eighteen hundred and thirty-five, and pay him at the rate of twenty dollars a month, in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P°"'l°"‘ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name ofEva W. Brannan, widow of the late Brigadier-General John Milton Brannan, United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of the pension she is now receiving. _ Approved, February 9, 1899. Johnston, an army nurse at Government Hospital, Throggs Neck, New York, during the war of the rebellion, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Be. it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United ggggiglw States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ' , Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, in adjudicating the pension claim of John Green, late of Troop C, Fourth United States Cavalry, to accept disability as having been incurred in line of duty, and thereupon to place the name of said John Green on the pension roll, subject to all other provisions and limitations of the pension laws, such pension, when granted, to date from the approval of this Act. Streeter, invalid and dependent son of Alonzo Streeter, late of Company E, Thirty-second Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.- Approved, February 9, 1899.
