Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War Imc AISH- be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to remove the charge of .ngi;Z?g h°°`”°bl° desertion standing against Isaac Alger, late a private in Company L, ' Tenth Regiment New York Heavy Artillery Volunteers, and to issue to him an honorable discharge as of date November thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: Provided, That no pay, bounty, or other §f,°,';§"°·m allowances shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of y` ` this Act. H.
