Be it enacted by the Senate and House g Representatives of the United etJ,g¤<>r>h Bacisaluppi States of America in Congress assemble I, That all real estate lying in ' the District of Columbia heretofore purchased by and conveye to Joseph Baci aluppi, Margaretha Riehl, alias Margaret Riehl, Christiana Dengler, Join A. Narges, and Smith Lee, all of the District of Columbia, and of Frencesco Perna, of Montgomery County, State of Maryland, be, and the same is hereby, relieved and exempted from the operations of an Act entitled "An Act to restrict the ownership of real estate in the Territories to American citizens, and so forth," { Rea} egtxyge released approved March third, eighteen hundred and eighty-seven; and that “i¢¤31.gi,iii.i1i<i' al forfeitures incurred by force of said Act in respect to such real estate be, and the same are hereby, remitted.
