Gregg. _ Mewh 28. 1902- Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the Mzited [Pmam N0` 2%] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ·{,‘Q;Qi,Y;·§`·1;Qg§éed Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the grovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name 0 John W. regg, late of Comppny D, Twelft Regiment Illinois Infantry, and captain Company K, ifty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 28, 1902. CHAP. 354.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Horatio N. Francis.
