Chap. 13.—An Act Granting a pension to Ethel Talley.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ethel Talley, helpless and dependent child of William C. Talley, late colonel Thirtieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.

Chap. 14.—An Act Granting a pension to Annie M. Popoloucci.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie M. Popoloucci, widow of Samuel Popoloucci, late first-class musician, United States Marine Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month with two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Samuel Popoloucci, until they reach the age of sixteen years.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James A. Hopson, late of Company H, Thirteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Morton, widow of William H. Morton, late surgeon First Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
