[Pr1v¤re.N¤. 196.1 States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Tpmwn Mmm Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the P¤¤¤i¤>¤ i¤¤r¤¤·¤¤¤- pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Thompson Martin, late of Company I, Fifty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the
