In all, for National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, four million two hundred and one thousand eight hundred dollars. iing Provided, That no part of the foregoing appr§priations shall be expended for any purpose at any branch of the ational Home for Disabled Volunteers that maintains or permits to be maintained on its premises a bar, canteen, lgr other place where beer, wine, or other intoxicatin i uors are so .· ` g{g},L’{,§*0g$g·,pmp Hereafter the gapiilication of any person for membership in the my or iuma¤¤J·°b¢ National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers and the admission “’"°°f‘ of the applicant thereunder shall be and constitute a valid and bind- _ contract between such applicant and the Board of Managers of sard home that on the deat of said applicant while a member of such home, leaving no heirs at law nor next of kin, all personal property owned by said applicant at the time of his death, incluwg money or choses m action eld by him and not disposed of by , whether such property be the proceeds of pensions or otherwise ¤¤¢f¤=r¤>¤*f¤¤¢ derived, shall vest in and become the property of said Board of Managers for the sole use and benefit of the post fund of said home, the proceeds to be disposed of and distributed among the several branches as may be ordered by said Board of Managers, and that all personal property of said applicant shall, u on his death, while a member, at once pass to and vest in said Boardp of M rs, subject to be reclaimed by any legatee or_person entitled to tage the same by inheritance at angotime within five years after the death of N·>¤·>¤¤>•vp¤c•¤m such member.
