CHAP. 200.—An Act To authorize the Bear Mountain Hudson River Bridge Company to construct and maintain a bridge across the Hudson River near the village of Peekskill, State of New York.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to Bear Mountain Hudson River Bridge Company, a corporation incorporated by act of the Legislature of the State of the State of New York approved March 31, 1922, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Hudson River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, near the village of Peekskill, County of Westchester, State of New York, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. That this act shall be null and void if actual construction of the bridge herein authorized be not commenced within three years and completed within seven years from the date of approval hereof. Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved.
