Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the _ _ _ United States of America in Congress assembled, That the office of P,§§}}§,“°§’,E“§,d‘{§S‘}‘g‘§ Public Buildings and Grounds under the Chief of Engineers, United N¤¤¤¤¤* Germ; States Army, and the office of superintendent of the State, War, ,,,£,{H°°S °°““°1‘°“‘°" and Navy Department Buildings are hereby consolidated into a single office and shall hereafter be designated as the office of Public Buildings and Public Parks of the National Capital.
