CONTINGENT For continuous-service certificates, commissions, warrants, diplomas, °°““”‘°“‘· discharges, good—conduct badges, and medals for men and boys; purchase of gymnastic apparatus; transportation of eifects of deceased officers and enlisted men of the Navy, and of officers and men of the Naval Reserve Force who die while on duty; books for training apprentice seamen and landsmen; packing boxes and materials; books and models; stationery; and other contingent exlpenses and emergencies arising under cognizance of the Bureau of avigation, unforeseen and impossible to classify, $15,000.
