[Public, No . 808 .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary Birmingham, si l ae of the Treas ury is hereb y auth orized to sel l the Govern ment p ropert y property a t, author- situated in the city of Birmingham, Jefferson County, Alabama, 'Ze d . known as the old post-office property and described as being all of lots 11, 12, 13, 14, and west twenty feet of lot 15, in block 87, accord- ing to the Elyton Land Company's survey of property in Birming- ham, Alabama, and more particularly as beginning at the north- easterly intersection of Second Avenue and Eighteenth Street, run- ning thence with the line of Second Avenue one hundred and seventy feet, thence in a northwardly direction one hundred and forty feet to an alley, thence with the line of said alley one hundred and seventy feet t o Eigh teenth Stree t, the nce wi th the line o f Eigh teenth Stree t one hundred and forty feet to beginning. CHAP. 323 .-An Act To repeal that portion of the Act of August 24, 1912, imposing a li mit on agenc y salaries o f the Indian Service . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the provision in the Act of August 24, 1912 (Thirty-seventh Statutes at Large, page 521 ; United States Code, title 25, page 692, section 58), imposing a limitation of $15,000 on the amount which may be paid for salaries at any one Indian agency and $20,000 at a consolidated agency, be, and the same is hereby, repealed .
