111 CHAP . 63 .-An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of Mon- tana, Valley County, Montana, and McCone County, Montana, or to any or either of them, jointly or severally, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Mis souri River at or ne ar Glasgow, Montana . Be it enacted b y the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Montana, Valley Cou nty, Mont ana, and M cCon e Cou nty, Mont ana, or to any or e ither of th em, jo intly or sev erally, to c onstruc t, mai ntain, and o perate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Glasgow, Mon- tana, in township 25 north, range 40 east of the Montana principal meridian, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 .
