Internal Revenue Building : Toward the construction of the build- ing, $1,500,000 ; and the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized to enter into contracts for the entire estimated cost of such project for not to exceed $10,000,000, in lieu of $7,950,000 fixed in the Act of July 3, 1926.
