For the purchase of land as an addition to the agency reserve of the Papago Indian Reservation, Arizona, as provided by the Act of June 28, 1926, $9,500 . The appropriation of $25,000 authorized by the Act of June 7, 1924, and appropriated by the Act of March 3, 1925, for the purchase of land with sufficient water right attached for the use and occupancy of the Temoak Band of homeless Indians located at Ruby Valley, Nevada, is hereby made available until June 30, 1929, for the s ame purpose : Provided, That not to exceed $500 of this amount may be used for n ecess ary e xpense s in conne ction with the pr oposed purc hase . For the pur chas e of cer tain lan ds and a ppur tena nces the reto situated within the exterior boundaries of the Jicarilla Reservation, New Mexico, as authorized by the Act of February 12, 1927, $10,000, payable from funds on deposit in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the Jicarilla Indians, to be immediately available. For carrying out the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act pro- viding for the final disposition of the affairs of the Eastern Band of Che rokee In dians in North C arolina, " approv ed June 4, 1924, $15,000 , or so much thereof as may be necessary . For maintenance and support and improvement of the homesteads of the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache Tribes of Indians in Oklahoma, $1 00,000 , to be paid from the fund s held by the United States in trust for said Indians and to be expended under such rules and regulations as the Secretary of the Interior may prescribe : Pro vided , That the Secretary of the Interior shall report to Congress on the first Monday in December, 1929, a detailed statement as to all moneys expended as provided for herein . For payment to the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache Indians, of Oklahoma, under such rules and regulations as the Secretary of the Interior may prescribe, $100,000, from the tribal trust fund estab- lished by Joint Resolution of Congress, approved June 12, 1926 (Forty-fourth Statutes at Large, pa ge 740), being a part of the Indians' share of the money derived from the south half of the Red River in Oklahoma .
