SEC . 2. The Act of Congress approved March 22, 1926, ent itled "An Act granting the consent of Congress to the highway depart- ment of the State of Alabama to construct a bridge across the Ten- nessee River near Whitesburg Ferry on Huntsville-Laceys Spring Road between Madison and Morgan Counties, Alabama," is hereby repealed .
