Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives o f the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the time for co mplet ing the c onstr uctio n of the bridg e ac ross the M onong ahel a River at or near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, authorized to be built by the county of Allegheny by an Act of Congress approved January 31 . 1925, is hereby extended three years from the date of the approval hereof.
