CHAP. 375 .-An Act To provide for the paving of the Government road [Public, No . 276 .] extending from Saint Elmo, Tennessee, to Rossville, Georgia . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the sum of $75,000, or so much of said sum as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended under the direction of the Secretary of War, in paving the Government road commencing at the pike at the foot of Lookout Mountain at Saint Elmo, Ten- nessee, and extending to the Rossville Bou levard, at Ro ssville, Proviso.
