Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Act of Congress approved May 7, 1926, gra nting the cons ent o f Co ngres s to the State Highway Commission of the State of Tennessee and its successors and assigns to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Tennessee River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, on the Savannah-Selmer Road, in Hardin County, State of Tennessee, be, and the same is hereby, revi ved and r eenac ted : Provi ded, That thi s Act shal l be null and void unless the a ctual constr uction of the bridg e here in ref erred to be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of a ppro val h ereof .
