United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the saint weaint Los South- cm- Louis Southwestern Railway Company, a corporation organized and Co m- pany may bridge, in existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, be, and it is hereby, Cra kighead County, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Francis River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation in section 13, township 13 north, range 6 east, of the fifth principal meridian, in Craighead County, Arkansas, on a line of railway between Caraway, Arkansas, i34 s4' and TrumannVol . vop , Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled " An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906. Right to sell, etc ., SEC . 2. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the co nfe rred . rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Saint Louis Southwestern Railway Company, its successors and assigns, and any corporation to which or any person to whom such r ights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or tr ans- ferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure or otherwise, is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as t hough conferr ed herein dir ectly upon su ch corporatio n or person .
