An Administration which does not return sacks must repay their price to· the Administration to which they belong. 24. Accounting. Quarterly statements 1. Each Administration shall to be made. These accounts shall be sub- mitted to the examination of the corresponding Administration in the course of the month which follows the quarter to which they relate. Prompt verification, 3. Ciascuna Amministrazione prepara trimestralmente un conto delle somme dovute per i pacchi spediti daIl' altra Amministra- Zlone per l'ulteriore trasmissionez per i pacchi rinviati, e per i pacchi ricevuti in eccesso su quelli spediti. 2. Questi conti sono 1?resentati all'esame della Ammirustrazione corrispondente entro il mese che segue il trimestre al quale si rifel'iscono. 3. La compilazione, la tras- missione, la verificazione e l'accet- tazione dei conti, debbono essere effettuate al phI prp-sto possibile e il pagamento risultante del bilan- do deve essere fatto non piu tardi della fine del trimestre seguente. 4. II pagamento delle differenze dovu~e per questi conti tra Ie due Ammjmstrazioni e e£fettuato a mezzo di assegni su New York 0 su Roma 0 in qualsiasi altro modo, circa il quale Ie due Amministra- zioni possono accordarsi scam- bievolmente per corrispondenza.
