[Public, No. 181 .1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary g dernl b N.J. uilding site B p of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to at, conveyed to city in exchange by the usual quit-claim deed, without expense to the United exchange. States (when title becomes vested in the Government) the Federal buildi ng si te lo cated on th e nort hwest corn er of Dicke rson and Warren Streets at Dover, New Jersey, now under contract to be urchased by the United S tates, f or a sit e offered by the city of over, located on S ussex Street and Morris Str eet extended Provided, That the exchange herein set forth shall be subject to such "'rovi3o. conditions as to the improvements on the Sussex Street site to be Conditions . made by the city of Dover as may be required by the Secretary of the Treasury, and free rental to the Government of the present post- office quarters located on the Dickerson Street site until the new post-office building is completed and occupied .
