All orders, rules, and regulations which have been issued by the Federal Trade Commission under the Securities Act of 1933 and which are in effect shall cont inue in e ffect unti l mo difie d, su perse ded, revo ked, or repealed . All rights and interests accruing or to accrue under the Securit ies Ac t of 1 933, o r any provis ion of any re gulati on rel ating to, or out of action taken by, the Federal Trade Commission under such Act, shall be followed in all respects and may be exercised and enforced . [Public, No . 292 .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Americ a in Congress assembled, That the Act vols33, pal la n ds approved October 20, 1914, entitled "An Act to provide for the leasing U.S.C.,p. 1595. of coal lands in the Territory of Alaska, and for other purposes " (38 Stat.L . 741; U .S .C ., title 48, sees . 432 to 452, inclusive), be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding thereto the following section " SEC . 19 . In the event the Secretary of the Interior, in the interest of conservation, or for other satisfactory cause, shall direct, or shall assent to the suspe nsion of ope ration and/or produ ction of coa l, or shall have heretofore so directed or assented, under any lease granted acreage s rel ieved of under the terms of this Acu, any payment of acreage rental pre- scribed by such lease likewise shall be suspended during such period of suspension of operations and/or production, and payment of any rental heretofore accrued during such period of suspension but remaining unpaid shall be waived; and the term of such lease shall be exte nded b y addi ng the reto a ny suc h suspe nsion period ." Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby given to any two or more States to enter into agreeme nts or compa cts fo r coop erativ e effor t and mutual assis tance in the prevention of crime and in the enforcement of their respective criminal laws and policies, and to establish such agencies, joint or otherwise, as they may deem desirable for making effective such agreements and compacts .
