[Public, No . 6m .] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 4321, Revised Statutes of the United States (U . S . C., title 46, sec. 263), be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows

"The form of aa license for carrying on the coasting trade or fish- eries shall be as follows "License for carrying on the (here insert `coasting trade', 'whale fishery', `mackerel fishery', or `cod fishery', as the case may be) .
