Be it eMcted by the Senate fJJ1Ul H ()'UJJe of Re:p1'ese-niaii'1Je8 of the United StaUB of ArMrica in Oongress QlJsembled, That the Secretary rank Cordoy~ of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, aut~=~ 01 m, out of any money in the ~reasury not otherwise appropriated, the ~ sum of $770.16 to the Supermtendent of the Shoshone IndIan Agency, Fort Washakie, Wyoming, to be expended under regulations approved by the Secretary of the Interior, for the relief of Frank Cordova (also known as Frank Enos, Frank O'Neal, and Frank O'Neal Cordova), in full settlement of his claim against the United States on account of the erroneous distribution of funds, inherited from the estate of Dora Enos, deceased, to the heirs of Frank Enos, deceased: Provided, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Vor>!'o" Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to ney~e~~I,O~~ attor· or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim. It shall be unlawful for any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, to exact, collect, withhold, or receive any sum of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof on account of services rendered in connection with said claim, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
