[Public, No . 55] Be it ena cte d by the Senate and H ouse o f Re pre sent ati ves o f the United Stat es of America in Congress assembled, That section 206 (a) of the Act entitled "An Act reclassifying the salaries of postmasters and employees of the Postal Service, readjusting their salaries and compensation on an equitable basis, increasing postal rates to provide for such readjustment, and for other purposes", approved February 28, 1925, as amended (43 Stat . 1053 ; U . S . C ., 1934 edition, title 39, sec . 235), is hereby amended by inserting before the period at the end of such section a comma and the following : "but bills or state- ments of account produced by any photographic or mechanical process shall not be accepted as mail matter of the third class unless presented in quantities of twenty or more identical copies . When such bi lls or sta tements ar e not iden tical or a re presente d in quan- tities of less than twenty identical copies, they shall be subject to postage at the first-class rate", Approved, April 27, 1937 . [CHAPTER 14 21 AN ACT To amend an Act entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of a term of the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of Florida, at Orlando, Florida", approved June 1 5 , 1 9 3 3 . Be it en acte d by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Ameri ca in Congre ss assembled, That the Act entitled "An Act providing for the establishment of a term of the Distri ct Cour t of th e Unite d Stat es for the Sou thern D istrict of Florida, at Orlando, Florida", approved June 15, 1933, be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso, to wit : "Provided further, That nothing in this Act shall be construed to prevent the provision of quarters for the officers of said court and appropriate courtrooms for the holding of the sessions of said court in any new Federal building which may be constructed in Orlando, Florida ." Be it en act ed by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That hereafter , in making payment s for c ommodit ies or servic es the quantit y of wh ich is determined by metered r eadings, s uch as gas , electric ity, water , steam, and the like, where the period covered by the charge begins in one fiscal year or allotment period and ends in another, the entire amount of the payment may be regarded as a charge against the appropriation or allotment current at the end of such period .
