AN ACT To increase the extra pay to enlisted men for reporting. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That hereafter en listed men o f the Army d etaile d to s erve as steno graphi c repo rters fo r gene ral co urts m artial , cour ts of inquiry , mili tary c ommiss ions, and retiring boards, while so serving, shall receive extra pay at the rate of not exceeding 10 cents for each one hundred words taken in shorthand and transcribed, such extra pay to be met from the annual ap propri ation for ex penses of co urts m artial, and s o fort h . Approved, August 25, 1937 . [CH APT ER 77 1] AN ACT To authorize the appointment of an additional judge for southern district of Ohio . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the President hereby is authorized to appoint by and with the advice and consent of the Senate one district judge for the southern district of Ohio in addition to those now authorized by law . Said additional judge shall be entitled to receive the same salary payable in the same manner as is now provided for district judges in said district . This additional district judge shall reside within said district and shall be subject to the general provisions of law relating to district judges of the United States . SEC . 2 . Blair as an attorney or counselor specially employed, retained, or appointed by the Attorney General or under authority of the Department of Justice to assist in the conduct of legal proceedings appertaining to claims in behalf of Osage Indians for the r ecovery o f royalti es on oil produced from tri bal lands , includ- in g all procee dings therei n and any ot her cas e or p roceed ing, a ppel- late or otherwise, that may arise out of or pertain to the right of said Indians to royalties on oil produced from tribal lands, shall not be construed to be employment within the meaning of sections 109 and 113 of the Criminal Code of the United States, as amended (U .
