Tout Mlembre ayant ratifi6 la pr6sente convention peut la denoncer & l'expiration d'une pe- riode de dix ann6es apres la date de la mise en vigueur initiale de la convention, par un acte communique au Secr6taire general de la Societe des Nations, et par lui enregistre. La denonciation ne prendra effet qu'une annee apres avoir 6et enregistr6e. 2. Tout Membre ayant ratifie la presente convention qui, dans le d6lai d'une ann6e apres l'ex- piration de la p6riode de dix ann6es mentionn6e au pnragraphe precedent, ne fera pas usage de la facult6 de d6nonciation pr6vue par le present article sera lie pour une nouvelle periode de dix annees, et, par la suite, pourra denoncer la presente convention a l'expira- tion de chaque periode de dix ann6es dans les conditions pr- vues au present article. He shall likewise notify them of the registration of ratifi- cations which may be communi- cated subsequently by other Mem- bers of the Organisation. ARTICLE 11. 1. A Member which has ratified this Convention may denounce it after the expiration of ten years from the date on which the Con- vention first comes into force, by an act communicated to the Secretary-General of the League of Nations for registration. Such denunciation shall not take effect until one year after the date on which it is registered. 2. Each Member which has rati- fied this Convention and which does not, within the year follow- ing the expiration of the period of ten years mentioned in the pre- ceding paragraph, exercise the right of denunciation provided for in this Article, will be bound for another period of ten years and, thereafter, may denounce this Convention at the expiration of each period of ten years under the terms provided for in this Article. ARTICLE 12. At the expiration of each period of ten years after the coming into force of this Convention, the Gov- erning Body of the International Labour Office shall present to the General Conference a report on Notification to Members.
