Fifth: The conditions and arrangements contained in the original agreement entered into by an exchange of notes between Your Excel- 7Stat. 112 . lency and the undersigned, on February 18, 1943, and between the Ministry of Health and Social Assistance and the Institute of Inter- American Affairs, on the 12th of the said month and year, shall con- tinue in force and shall be applied to the execution of its extension until its termination on December 31, 1946.
