EXTENSION SERVICE For carrying into effect Public Law 76, Seventy-ninth Congress, approved June 6, 1945, for cooperative agricultural extension work, fiscal year 1946, $4,500,000. CONSERVATION AND USE OF AGRICULTURAL LAND RESOURCES For an additional amount for conservation and use of agricultural land resources, fiscal year 1946, for compliance with programs under the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938, as amended, including the measurement of burley tobacco acreages, to be consolidated with the sum of $22,911,200 made available for salaries and other administra- tive expenses under this head in the Department of Agriculture Appropriation Act, 1946, $408,000. RUIAL ELECTRIFICATION ADMINISTRATION Salaries and expenses: For an additional amount for "Salaries and expenses", Rural Electrification Administration, fiscal year 1946, including the objects specified under this head in the Department of Agriculture Appropriation Act 1946, and including $200 additional for newspapers, $650,000, together with the unobligated balance of the appropriation made under this head in the First Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1945. Loans: For an additional amount for "Loans", Rural Electrifica- tion Administration, fiscal year 1946, $120,000,000, which sum shall be borrowed from the Reconstruction Finance Corporation in accord- ance with the provisions of section 3 (a) of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936, as amended.
