(9) In addition to the certificate of officially controlled appellation of origin or, as the case may be, of the certificate of origin, all wine inported into Czechoslovakia shall also be acoompanied by a certificate of analysis issued by official laboratories, the list of which will be fixed of oommon accord between the coopetent authorities of both the exporting sountry and of OzochosloTakiR. The certificates of analysis will contain, specific weight, alcohol content in degrees, content of all acids, content of volatile acids, content of extract, sugar content, content of extract without sugar, content of ashes (nineral matters), a declaration showing that it is a natural wine without any ingredients. In respect of wine, subject to control of origin, it will be possible to replace the certificate of officially controlled appellation of origin by a special certificate showing the crigin and quality of the product and conforming to the form mutually agreed upon by the competent authorities of the exporting country and of Clechoslovakia. This document will equally replace the certificate of analypis mentioned above. (10) Vegetable sauces, except tomato sauce, are dutiable at the sare rate as "preserved vegotablespther,excapt prabrV %tomatoes", i.e. KCB700.- per 100 kilograms. (11) Boards for the manufcoture of skis shall be dutiable under this Tariff Number even when sealed at both ends with paraffin *t. (12) Under "otherb essential oils are also dutiable oinamon oil and citronella oil. (13) Linters, freed from grease, bleached, but not shaped, shall be dutiable under T.No.180. (14) It is agreod that the term "henp" also covers NTw Zealand flax (Phormiin tenax).
