Agreement between the Government of the United States of America and the Govern- ment of Greece for duty-free entry and free inland transportation of relief supplies and packages from the United States of America to Greece. Pursuant to the Economic Cooperation Agreement between the Governments of the United States of America 62p tat., Pt. 2, and Greece, signed on July 2, 1948, the Governments of the United States and of Greece agree as follows: Dnty-free entry. Dte entry. 1. The Government of Greece shall accord duty-free entry into Greece of: a) Supplies of relief goods or standard packs donated to or purchased by United States voluntary non-profit relief agencies qualified under Economic Cooperation Administration (hereinafter referred to as ECA) regulations and consigned to such charitable organizations (including Greek branches of these agencies), as have been or hereafter shall be approved by the Government of Greece.
