DISPLAY OF FLAG AT HALF-MAST

Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring)^ That the flag of the United States shall be displayed a t half-mast on the Capitol Building on the date of the arrival in port of the first vessel returning to the United States the remains of gallant and heroic American soldiers, sailors, marines, and airmen who gave their lives to their country in the Korean hostilities.
