INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1954 (b) R A T E S OF T A X ON H E A D S OF HOUSEHOLDS.— (1) R A T E S OF TAX.—A tax is hereby imposed for

each taxable year on the taxable income of every individual who is the head of a household.
