AUTHORIZATIONS
For loans under the Act of August 28, 1937, as amended, $5,000,000: Provided, That not to exceed the foregoing amount shall be borrowed from the Secretary of the Treasury in the manner authorized under this head in the Department of Agriculture and F a r m Credit Administration Appropriation Act, 1955: Provided fwctfier, That this authorization shall be effective only upon enactment into law of either H.
