AN ACT For the relief of Richard Fordham. Be it CTifiLcted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of section 301(a)(7) and (b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Richard Fordham shall be held to have come to the United States prior to July 1, 1960, and to have retained his United States citizenship acquired at birth. AN ACT For the relief of Miss Liu Lai Ching. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the purposes of sections 101(a) (27)(A) and 205 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Liu Lai Ching shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien minor child of Mr. and Mrs. Beecher Yan Yip Wong, citizens of the United States. AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Margaret Ruda Daniel. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That Mrs. Margaret Ruda Daniel, who lost United States citizenship under the provisions of section 401(a) of the Nationality Act of 1940, may be naturalized by taking prior to one year after the effective date of this Act, before any court referred to in subsection (a) of section 310 of the Immigration and Nationality Act or before any diplomatic or consular officer of the United States abroad, the oaths prescribed by section 337 of such Act. From and after naturalization under this Act, the said Mrs. Margaret Ruda Daniel shall have the same citizenship status as that which existed immediately prior to its loss.
