(b) Amend section 252, which relates to authorization, as follows: 76 Stat. 25«. (2) Immediately after "1963" the second time it appears therein, insert the following: "and not to exceed $100,000,000 of the funds appropriated pursuant to this section for use beginning in fiscal year 1964". (3) A t the end thereof add the following new sentence: " I n order to effectuate the purposes and provisions of sections 102,251, 601, and 602 of this Act, not less than 50 per centum of the loan 22 USC 2151, funds appropriated pursuant to this section for the fiscal years 2353' ^^^^' ending June 30, 1965, and June 30, 1966, respectively, shall be available for loans made to encourage economic development through private enterprise."
