rpQ enact Part II of the District of Columbia Code, entitled "Judiciary and Judicial Procedure" codifying the general and permanent laws relating to the judiciary and judicial procedure of the District of Columbia.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the general ^^^ permanent laws relating to the judiciary and judicial procedure of the District of Columbia are revised, codified, and enacted as Part II of the District of Columbia Code, "Judiciary and Judicial Procedure", and may be cited "D.C. Code §—", as follows:

§X1-101. Judicial power The judicial power in the District of Columbia is vested in: (1) inferior courts, namely, The District of Columbia Court of General Sessions; The Juvenile Court of the District of Columbia; and (2) superior courts, namely, The District of Colimibia Court of Appeals; The United States District Court for the District of Columbia; The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit; and The Supreme Court of the United States.
