For the purposes of the tariff schedules — (a) the term "cork" embraces natural cork, compressed cork, and composition cork; (b) the term "compressed cork" means forms molded under heat and compression from cork particles without the addition of other materials; and (c) the term "composition cork" means forms molded from cork particles to which a binding material such as glue, gelatin, or synthetic resin has been added.
