AN ACT For the relief of Mrs. Kayo N. Carvell. Be it enacted by the Senate and Hoitse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Kayo N. Carvell, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of such Act shall not be applicable in this case. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Juanita Savedia Varela, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of such Act shall not be applicable in this case. AN ACT For the relief of Roy B. Carroll.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Roy E. earroii. United States of America in Congress assembled, That Eoy E. Carroll of Wellesley, Massachusetts, is relieved of liability to the United States in the amount of $1,365, representing the total amount of overpayments of active duty pay received by the said Roy E. Carroll during the period from February 1963, through October 1964, as a result of administrative error on the part of the Bureau of Naval Personnel with respect to monthly allotments sent to the mother of the said Roy E. Carroll during such period. I n the audit and settlement of the accounts of any certifying or disbursing officer of the United States, credit shall be given for amounts for which liability is relieved by this section. SEC. 2. (a) The Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the said Roy E. Carroll an amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts paid by him, or withheld from sums otherwise due him, with
