TITLE VII—AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS SEC. 701. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the 15 USC 2471. purposes of this Act, not to exceed $6,260,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976, and the subsequent transition period ending September 30, 1976; not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977; and not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978. Funds appropriated for any fiscal year shall remain available for obligation until expended. Approved November 28, 1975.
