TQ extend as an emergency measure for one year the District of Columbia Medical and Dental Manpower Act of 1970. Be it enacted by the /Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 303(c) ^f the District of Cohimbia Medical and Dental Manpower Act of 1970 (D.C. Code, sec. 31-922(c)) is amended by striking out "years ending June 30. 1975, and June 30, 1976," and inserting in lieu thereof "year ending September 30, 1977,". Approved June 4, 1976.
