PUBLIC LAW 94-528—OCT. 17, 1976 (1) by striking out '"and" at the end of paragraph (2) thereof; (2) by striking out the comma at the end of paragraph (3) thereof and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and "and"; and (3) by adding at the end of paragraph (3) thereof the following new paragraph: "(4) work or services performed (including materials supplied) pursuant to section 6110 (relating to public inspection of written determinations),", (e) The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of the Tax Reform Act of 1976.
