Public Law 94-481 94th Congress An Act Oct. 11, 1976 [H.R. 12118] Independent Safety Board Act of 1974, appropriation authorization.

To amend the Independent Safety Board Act of 1974 to authorize additional appropriations and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 309 of the Independent Safety Board Act of 1974 (49 U.S.C. 1907) is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: "There are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of this Act not to exceed $3,800,000 for the transition quarter ending September 30, 1976, $15,200,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1977, and $16,400,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1978, such sums to remain available until expended.". Approved October 11, 1976.
