Public Law 94-507 94th Congress An Act Oct. 15, 1976 [H.R. 14956] Joe L. Evins Post Office and Federal Building, Smithville, Tenn. Designation.

To designate the "Joe L. Evins Post Office and Federal Building".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Post Office and Federal Building at East Main Avenue and South First Street, Smithville, Tennessee, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Joe L. Evins Post Office and Federal Building." Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be held to be a reference to the Joe L. Evins Post Office and Federal Building. Approved October 15, 1976.
